Established in 1985, EBWA provides subdivision and land development design services for clients in the private, commercial and institutional markets. EBWA also serves as municipal engineers to a number of municipalities. For nearly 30 years, we have been representing builders, developers, property owners and municipalities related to the civil engineering industry.
