Homeowners association for a group of communities in south Durham, North Carolina. Incorporated non-profit founded in 2002. Communities include Auburn Hills, Auburn Ridge, Auburn Square, Auburn Trace, Copper Creek,, The Park at Auburn, and The Cloisters. Oversight provided by volunteer, member homeowners, elected to an official Board of Directors. Board meetings are monthly, with an annual open session for all homeowners. A contract Property Manager oversees daily activities and finances.
