Founded in January 2020, the Utility 2030 Collaborative (U2030) is a diverse family of utility company leaders and technology partners building relationships and how-to resources to make better transformation decisions. We focus on helping customer-facing and operations-focused departments improve their impact on customers and employees. We offer an exciting line-up of meetings and events throughout the year. We keep them small to engage every participant in every session. Our “unconference” meeting designs are exceptionally energizing and valuable. Leveraging the Design Thinking methodology, they reflect the innovative thinking expected of utilities over the next several years. We provide take-home tools to enable participants to recreate the “magic” of our events with their internal teams and stay connected throughout the year. When you sign up for an in-person event, you get 12 months of access to the U2030 Collective Brain platform. It is an integrated workspace and resource library to help you stay connected to other event participants throughout the year.
