Goodbreed was incorporated as a conglomerate on 2nd May, 1988 by the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Government of Nigeria in pursuant the companies & allied matters act of 1968 to among other roles: -To engage in the manufacturing, exporting and distributing, selling and buying agents representative in all kinds of business relating to all kinds of petroleum oil & petro-chemicals as regulated by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and other types of natural minerals. -To carry on the business of general goods, merchants, traders, commercial suppliers of goods, distributors, general importers and exporters whether agents or principals. -To carry on the business of fish farming in all its farms including deep sea fishing, fish curing, fish salesmen, wholesale and retail, importers and exporters of fish and fishery related supplies. -Develop and manage, Web Applications, Mobile Apps and Software e-commerce websites and online market place for the purpose of selling consumer goods and services.
