A mixed group of compliance consultants from several different industries grouped together in January and formed the ccforum or Credit Compliance Forum Limited. The plan is to help build a compliance community and develop reasonable self regulation in to the credit industry before it is imposed by government regulators. The ccforum eight consultants can carry out operational audits against OFT and CSA debt collection and trace guidance. It's group of consultants can then give the best possible advice and training in Banking & Trusts, Anti-money Laundering, OFT fairness, Recoveries, Health and Safety, ID-Theft, ID-Fraud, Credit-Law, Quality, Processing Personal Data, Compliance Recruitment, Risk, Staff vetting and Trace.
