JobsFirstNYC is working to create a dynamic, inclusive New York City that advances economic mobility for all young adults and the communities they call home. The systems designed to advance the livelihood of young adults are fragmented and slow to respond to the rapidly changing economy. As demand for a skilled labor force increases, a paradigm shift is required to effectively prepare rising generations to lead our economy.
