We Believe in the Power of Nurses to Change the World The International Network of Nurse Leaders (INNL) was formed with the purpose of bringing nurse leaders together in an effort to inspire, empower and lead change in healthcare on a global scale. Membership in the INNL is focused around working together to increase the confidence and leadership skills of nurses to empower them to take action, use their voice to create awareness of needed change, influence policy and decision making at all levels and help mentor the next generation of nurse leaders.
