My mission is to educate and empower women throughout their fitness journey. I aim to deliver safe and effective exercises that are appropriate for all bodies types and fitness experiences. From modifications during pregnancy, to advancements for the athlete, each movement can be tailored to the individual. I offer premium personal and small group training sessions, located in my very own at-home studio; making the environment private and welcoming.
