Specialising for more than 10 years in outdoor lighting and street furniture, Lumières d'Alsace initially revealed the beauty of the historic buildings that the night shelters, using shadows like a ring that comes to embrace the limits of these stone beings, and spotlights like the brilliance embodied in these architectural bodies. She has installed LED or solar lighting in many Alsatian towns and cities. These floor lamps with long, slender and solitary bodies have created diffuse bubbles of light radiating into public space and the urban environment. Lumières D'Alsace has thus contributed to giving public and historic squares a fully-fledged nocturnal identity. Naturally, like the day, which pierces through the window, it has dressed the interiors. The light materialised in arm wrestling, aluminium heads, crystal feet, lamps designed and modelled by craftsmen designers for whom lighting counts as much as what it illuminates. The aestheticism of the illuminations of the Vauban dam, the Covered Bridges, the Sainte Madeleine bridge, combined with the lamps by Baccarat, Bran Van Egmond or Deux Ailes, gave birth to this obvious idea: to unite Art with Light! Our core business, outdoor lighting is still present through the representation of renowned companies such as: ROHL, an Alsatian company, for urban lighting CONIMAST, for the supply of PLATEK steel masts for the enhancement of the MOBILUM heritage for fibre-reinforced concrete street furniture. And since the end of 2015, a new profession, carefully thought out and studied, has been fuelling our passion: indoor lighting. To do this, we have chosen beauty, quality, design, know-how and innovation....
