The Mudita Style of yoga is primarily Gentle Yoga that incorporates meditation and restorative practices based on the Hatha Yoga tradition. What does this mean? A typical practice includes a set of physical postures (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama) practiced more slowly and with more static holds than a typical flow class (vinyasa).
