The Vancouver CBT Centre is a group of mental health professionals, including psychologists, counsellors, and doctoral psychology students with extensive and specialized experience in evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). The Vancouver CBT Centre provides private assessment and treatment for complex and severely disabling anxiety disorders, as well as clinical depression, eating disorders, and addiction.
