CIT is a generative field (क्षेत्र) for nurturing and sustaining inner transformation. It is anchored by a symbiotic collective of professionals who are simultaneously committed to own inner transformation and fostering the inner genius in others. It is one of the verticals of Centre for Consciousness Studies and Inner Transformation (CCSIT) promoted by the Indic Academy. Dr. Prasad Kaipa is the Chief Mentor and Chairperson of CCSIT and CIT vertical is led by Raghu Ananthanarayanan and Sai Sambat. Community CIT is bringing together a group of accomplished leaders, coaches, mentors, consultants, facilitators, pandits, acharyas, academics and researchers. This collective will focus on blending the most powerful learning from the Indic Wisdom to evolve perspectives, principles and practices for inner transformation. At CIT, each one of us would pool in our unique expertise, enable each other's inner transformation and extend the transformational experience to our beneficiaries. Intent and Beneficiaries CIT intends to develop and offer advanced courses at the frontiers of Executive and Leadership Coaching by blending Indic Wisdom with contemporary research in Coaching Science. It will enable coaches and leaders to remain at the leading edge of the practices that nurture the inner genius of individuals. This ought to be of great interest to Coaches and Leaders, because: * Coaches enable leaders to nurture their inner genius * Leaders need to ignite the inner genius of the members of their organization *Both of them need to be committed to the quest for excellence CIT IS in the midst of designing its first offering, an Advanced Coach Program (ACP), titled, Nurturing the Yogi Within (NYW) based on the Indic Chatur Shakthi Model. This will be announced by August 2021. A series of Web-Samvads highlighting the importance of Consciousness for Coaching Practice are planned. Deep study and research leading to world class publications are being contemplated.
