Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) is a non-profit health center, which has grown to become the only local health care provider delivering comprehensive primary medical, dental, and pharmacy services for low-income individuals and families through multiple locations in Snohomish County. Our services are: Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, and Walk-In Services.
