The location could be your home, a favorite park, the lakefront, the city streets or Maya's studio which is located in Chicago's historic Pilsen neighborhood. Maya can also recommend a variety of other locations throughout the city. Sessions are custom designed to encourage everyone involved to be themselves. I love capturing children in their natural environments, therefore the session is more like a playdate for them. Posing is minimal, and I rarely ask them to smile either.
