Virginia’s Staffing Choice was established in 2007 when Matthew Frazer, President, purchased the rights to Temporary Plus, LLC. Matt was born and raised in Central Virginia and brought six years of staffing experience both locally and nationally. He saw a need and an opportunity to assist local businesses and organizations with their staffing needs. His knowledge of and commitment to the area, its businesses and its people are the main ingredient in the success of Virginia’s Staffing Choice. Today Virginia’s Staffing Choice has grown from a temporary staffing agency into a full service staffing and executive search firm. We currently have six offices in Virginia: Charlottesville, Culpeper, Fredericksburg, Harrisonburg, Richmond, and Virginia Beach. Our staff takes pride in our ties to the local community and uses a personalized approach to bring the best talent to area businesses.
