San Benito Realty, Inc. has been family owned and operated since Ralph Brigantino established the company in 1959. He realized the need for a real estate broker that specialized in agricultural and ranch properties. San Benito Realty, Inc. has been involved in the industry ever since and is now operated by Dave and John Brigantino. They have owned and operated San Benito Realty Inc. since 1987. Michael Brigantino, a third generation family member, has recently joined the firm.
