Summary Our company assists pharmacists in maximizing their return and value when buying or selling their pharmacies. We do this by utilizing a combined 60 years of healthcare experience in commercialization, acquisitions, and divestitures with the last decade exclusively facilitating buying and selling independent pharmacy stores and small chains. We also provide business development support to young and growing independent pharmacies. We take only a few concurrent assignments and work with our clients managing the process through to the close of the pharmacy; assuring the negotiation, due diligence, regulatory, and compliance phases are handled properly and efficiently.
