This Initiative was started to empower women and break the social norms in Indian villages where women were not allowed to work. Raena Ambani (Founder) designed a range of felt products made up of 100% textile waste from factories. This industrial textile waste is not commercially viable to recycle and ends up in land fills or being incinerated, polluting the environment to a large extent. It is solely a women based company and they work on every stage according to their strengths.This will help generate income for women including those who are not able to work due to social norms as we provide flexible hours and work from home options by letting them collect the raw materials from the factory unit and provide them with the tools, the products are then quality controlled and packaged. Till date we remain a minimum profit company to be able to provide the women a high pay.
