In a time where many people have received training and no longer cooperate as a matter of course, a transformation is needed. Collaboration and co-creation require an environment in which people trust each other and respect each other's knowledge and skills. This requires space within safe frameworks to experiment what is appropriate. Because what we also stand for today is that old common systems of linear economy and industrialization have had their longest time. What will take its place is still unknown and that is uncomfortable. Horses have helped people develop a new way since memory. They live in a herd context with leading ordering principles, which also still apply to us humans. In contact with horses we can become aware again of essential things, which we have overlooked because of the issues of the day.
