Our school goal is that Douglas County's at-risk youth become caring, committed, productive citizens. Since 1981, Douglas County's at-risk youth have relied on Phoenix as their primary source of positive youth development. We are dedicated to making our community better for all and see great opportunity in what its most vulnerable children have to teach us. We have been named Oregon's alternative school of the year three times and have received state and national recognition.
