Mass production, with no room for innovation, the systems of “one-boss-knows-it-all-so-follow-orders”, once-a-year performance reviews of our people, streamlining processes…I could go on. All these outdated models and practices are frankly not working. I’m in constant search, experimentation and promotion of new leadership and management practices to: 1- Help clients 2- Make companies work better and 3- Look after people and communities I’ve found Agile framework helps with all three of these things. I became an advocate for the Agile Framework right from the time I was a software developer. Though back then it wasn’t called Agile and I didn’t know the changes we put in place was called transformation."
