Coastline Career Services
coastlinecareerservices.webnode.comAfter spending several years recruiting in a highly competitive market, I realized many excellent candidates were constantly passed over due to a weak resumes, poorly crafted LinkedIn profiles, and a lack of confidence during the interview process. These professionals were highly skilled in their industries and simply lacked the job hunting skills needed to land the roles they deserved. The candidates who were getting the most interviews and job offers had strong resumes, a good online presence, and excellent interview skills. This did not mean they were necessarily the most skilled candidates. It was after seeing this same scenario play out time and time again that I decided I wanted to help give the "other guy" a fighting chance. - The one who spent more time doing their actual job than researching how to optimize their resumes. - The one who loves working with technology and computers, but hates talking about themselves. - The one who can sell ice to a polar bear, but feels awkward sharing their record-breaking quarter stats. - The one who took a few years away from the workforce to raise a family. - The one changing careers. - The one with a disability. - The one who needs to hear that they are worthy of their dream job. I have helped people in all stages of their career, in all industries, from all walks of life gain confidence in their job search and land offers they didn't think were possible. I look forward to helping you, too.
