We specialise in supporting early stage growth companies in South-east Asia, between the pre-seed and Series B stages. Since March 2021, we've supported approximately 82+ early stage companies in their legal documentation; and 40+ fundraising processes (legal paperwork only). Working with others, we are also developing certain legal-tech tools to enhance our service delivery processes. We hope these tools will allow us to create accurate documents more efficiently; as well as improve the customer experience journey.
