We are a business unit within the Docaposte division of La Poste, with our headquarters in Paris, France home to research, development and quality assurance operations. Sefas offices are located in the USA, France and UK. Sefas was conceived in the early 90’s as a spinoff of the European Ariane space program. In 1999, Sefas started its US operations. In 2010, the Groupe La Poste acquired Sefas. Sefas is now considered a leader in omnichannel customer communication management with deployments at many of the largest enterprise sites and service bureaus worldwide. Today, we process over 18 billion images a year through our clients in North America.
