Our chief inspector David Kelly has spent the last 25 years within the building industry, he has worked the majority of his life within the area of Gippsland, hence his local knowledge. We are a highly responsible company and so all inspections that we undertake meet Australian Standard 4349.1 and Australian Standard 4349.3. We utilise the latest state-of-the-art technology which incorporates Moisture Sensor, HD photography. Whilst we are available 7-days a week, we do like to have a break between Saturday afternoon and Monday morning! However we are only happy to carry out a short notice inspection if required and in this event, you should contact David Kelly direct on 042 848 4077 to make the necessary arrangements. One of our special features is that as soon as we have completed the inspection, the consultant will telephone you immediately and give you the outline results. This will be followed up within 24 hours by email enclosing the full inspection report.
