Hi-Tech Plastics is a lean manufacturing, plastic injection moulding company based in Lancashire, serving a customer base across the whole of the UK. We have been successfully designing tools and components for the pharmaceutical, automotive, electronics and industrial markets for over 25 years. Hi-Tech Plastics is committed to manufacturing high quality products at competitive prices and we work closely with our customers to provide cost effective solutions without compromising on quality. With 27 injection moulding machines ranging in size from 25 to 550 tonnes, we design and manufacture tool dies for shot weights of up to 3kg. We are able to mould a wide range of materials and offer a full range of options for single or multiple cavities, and insert moulding. A clean room facility is also available. Hi-Tech Plastics operates a Lean manufacturing environment, having implemented 5S’s across all areas and uses Lean Six Sigma tools for customers who require detailed analysis. A continuous programme of improvement is in operation across the company and our quality control systems are accredited to ISO 9001:2000.
