GeauxFit Training reopened in March 2020 under a New Ownership! With a personal focus on small group training and a passion for helping our members improve their lives in practical ways, GeauxFit Training offers Functional Fitness Classes, Olympic Lifting, Yoga, Zumba, Killer Kettlebells, and Strongman. Our ownership team believes that no one should ever finish alone. We have instilled this value with our coaches and our members. Hand in hand with this value is our nutrition program. Having a certified nutrition coach on staff gives us the tools we need to personally work with out members. We offer 3 free classes to anyone who wants to give us a try.
