Wise Mind Psychological Services is a counseling, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) private practice, established in 2018. Our staff has been trained in the methodologies of Behavioral Tech, LLC, a training institute founded by the creator of DBT, Dr. Marsha Linehan. We treat anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, in children, adolescents and adults. We primarily use DBT, a specialized form of cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness practices to assist individuals who have difficulty managing intense emotions and the resulting impulsive behaviors.
