The Cornell Proptech Club is the first student organization at Cornell connecting The Real Estate and Technological world. Real Estate is the world's largest real asset, $228 Trillion, however it is one of the slowest industries to integrate technology. With $23.8B invested in Proptech this is surely changing, corporate Real Estate companies are adopting new solutions to age old problems. Within Cornell we are attempting to prepare students who are passionate about Proptech to break into the industry. Through Case Studies and Industry Speakers students will be exposed to Venture Capital, Startups, and Corporate Real Estate components.
