The company was established to bring alternative services to customers that were looking for wider choice, competitive pricing, improved service delivery and innovative financial solutions. The company is licensed under the Financial Services Act 2010 and the Companies Act 1984 and obtained its License on 7th December 2020. It has three companies under its operations namely; 1. LifeCo Life Insurance Company Limited A licensed life insurance company that provides group life assurance, group funeral insurance, group mortgage cover, group credit life cover and annuity fund management. 2. LifeCo Pension Services A licensed pension administrator that administers group pension schemes, acts as a corporate trustee and operator of unrestricted pension fund. 3. LifeCo Asset Managers A licensed asset manager that provides money market investments, pension fund management and private wealth management.
