Welcome to the CIPD South East of Scotland Branch. We are very proud to be part of the CIPD - the Professional Body for HR whose mission is to champion better work and working lives - and we are incredibly proud of this local CIPD branch. It’s our role on the committee to contextualise the work of the CIPD and to respond to the needs of local HR professionals and businesses. We also contribute to the work of CIPD Scotland as well as supporting the wider activities of the CIPD nationally. The branch committee is a wonderful team of volunteers made up of local HR professionals and people who support our profession. We are grateful to every one of them for the support and dedication these busy people give to the branch. Our primary focus is on making the biggest impact for our members and a key part of our strategy sees us working in partnership with local professional bodies, academic institutions and employers to support us in our activities.
