Pact Legal Consulting was established in July 2011, by its principal solicitor and owner, Melbourne lawyer, Teresa Di Iuorio. Teresa has over 20 years' experience as a commercial lawyer (in Australia and South Africa), and has advised a range of SME's (small and medium-sized enterprises), private companies, and public listed companies and organisations. Prior to establishing Pact Legal Consulting, Teresa worked as a solicitor in private practice law firms, a projects lawyer (for example, for Downer EDI Mining, in Brisbane) and an in-house lawyer / corporate lawyer, most recently for SKM (now part of Jacobs), a global engineering and projects delivery consultancy, in Melbourne.
