Estes Valley Land Trust (EVLT) is a nonprofit land trust organization that works to protect both public and private land through conservation easements. The organization was established in 1987 by local residents of the Estes Valley who organized to protect and preserve the beautiful surroundings of the Estes Valley for future generations. We have over 170 conservation easements on approximately 10,000 acres of land across the Estes Valley.
