Horizons of New Mexico is a central nonprofit agency that works on behalf of the New Mexico Council for Purchasing from Persons With Disabilities providing comprehensive statewide support to foster the development of contracts for New Mexico's people with disabilities, community rehabilitation programs, and public bodies. Each year, Horizons' contracts create employment opportunities for hundreds of New Mexicans with disabilities.
