Enplan is a planning, landscape and environmental consultancy based in Lewes and Milton Keynes. We deliver first class projects of all scales through the planning and development process. Enplan was started in 2000 by Phillip Russell-Vick (Landscape Director) and Martin Carpenter (Planning Director). Richard Hodgetts is also a director and runs the Milton Keynes office. They brought together a team of experienced senior staff and able young professionals to work on a wide portfolio of projects that has expanded ever since.
