HOLLINGSWORTH ROBERTS MEANS, Attorneys at Law, is the result of a merger between two well established Carmel, Indiana law firms---Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC, and Roberts Means LLC. Kena Hollingsworth, formerly of Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC, (est. 2004), brought to HRM a team of 5 attorneys (herself included) and the legacy firm's business manager. HZ's practice had been almost exclusively divorce and family law, and prided itself on taking a more compassionate approach to divorce and family law cases. Jeffrey D. Roberts and William P. Means, established Roberts Means, in 2012, and also brought a total of 5 attorneys to HRM. RM had a similar approach to clients and cost effective problem solving--not just with individuals and families, but with local and national businesses as well. In addition to a successful family law practice, RM brought an experienced business and civil litigation practice to the newly formed HRM. The family law team of HRM continues to represent clients with all types of family law issues including divorce, custody, child support, paternity, adoptions, guardianships, post-decree issues such as contempt and modifications, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, education expenses, and family law appeals. HRM's business litigation team offers an invaluable service to our family law clients as well as to local and national businesses.
