Broadway Internal Medicine, P.C.
www.broadwayinternalmedicine.comDr. Carlos M. Gonzalez decided to peruse his dream of having his own medical practice in 1986. He established his first office on 103rd Street Corona, New York. He provided primary and preventive care. His patients, mainly from the Dominican Republic, were very happy with his care. They brought their family and friends to the office, making Dr. Gonzalez well known and liked in the neighborhood. His practice grew quickly solely by word of mouth. In 1988, he decided to move his medical practice to Elmhurst, New York, one if not the most ethnically diverse neighborhood in New York City. Most of his patients followed him from Corona to the new office. At the beginning, local residents from the area, mostly Colombian, joined the practice. Soon after, other members of the Hispanic community and English-speaking patients attended the office seeking medical care. Finally, he had patients from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Thailand, and the Philippines. In 1995, he made his office a medical corporation under the name of Broadway Internal Medicine. Dr. Luz Ares joined the practice in 2002. They both are committed to offer their patients quality primary health care in a professional manner with the utmost respect and consideration to their patients. They know their patients on a personal level and offer them close and individualized care. Today, Broadway Internal Medicine, P. C. is a well-known and respected medical office. It provides quality care to the community with utmost respect and personal touch. The goals for the future are to continue learning and developing the newest tools and technology in order to continue providing the best medical care to their community.
