Our mission is to foster a community of diverse an passionate student engineers 👩💻👨💻 whilst providing then with the skills and connections necessary to succeed in their future careers📈 The 2022 WiECD leadership team has accepted the responsibility of leading the club with the vision of expanding its reach beyond solely female Engineering students. An emphasis on diversity and inclusion aids to create a more welcoming environment for both work and study. 💻 📚 With the addition of our Skilled Workshops with the focus on mental health and developing interpersonal skills, we hope to further provide students with opportunities to learn and grow. The leadership team strives to build a platform that can engage those entering Engineering and Technical industries in both technical and commercial roles, through a series of workshops and professional events. These events are tailored to enhance student experience as well as provide value to our sponsors.
