Hello and welcome to Miam, an extension of my impassioned right brain. Having developed an appreciation for many artistic mediums I find visual storytelling through pastry most life-giving so I thank you for being here as a I fervently nurture my craft. I am always looking for opportunities to collaborate so if you're a fellow artist or just love beautiful things please say "hello"! Following my career in classical opera, I opened Miam in 2014 with more than 10 years of pastry experience. It was here where I began bringing my knowledge of classical music & history, costume & set design, European culture & fine arts into my cake design. Our technique and palate is borrowed from France. The result, impeccable dessert. Miam (me om) means "yum" in French.
