Our mission: Repairing Homes, Revitalizing Communities, Rebuilding Lives With the belief that everyone deserves to live in a safe and healthy home, our organization provides critical repairs, accessibility modifications and energy efficient upgrades to low-income homes and community centers at no cost to recipients. Our impact extends beyond the individuals served to revitalize and stabilize vulnerable neighborhoods and communities across the country. Since 1992, Rebuilding Together has aided in the revitalization of over 40 neighborhoods by impacting close to 1,900 homeowners and hundreds of neighbors throughout the Greater Richmond region. Rebuilding Together Richmond (RTR) consolidated operations with the Tri-Cities affiliate in July 2016 and expanded its geographic footprint to serve homeowners in Petersburg, Hopewell and surrounding communities.
