We handle exterior grade structural hardwood and pine, commercial decking, hardwood and pine fencing, power poles and certified building poles,decking timber, timber bollards, tongue and groove flooring, sleepers and garden edging. Ironbark Timber Products specialises in Queensland-sourced Royal species hardwoods such as Ironbark, Spotted Gum, Grey Gum and other Class 1 & 2 inground rated species which perform better in our climate than southern-sourced species. Our structural hardwood products are cut to AS2082-2007 standards (Visually Stress-Graded Hardwood) by our qualified timber graders. Grades include F14, F17, F22 and F27, in Green Off Saw. Sizes start from 50×25 to 300×100 and are cut in increments of 300mm. All of our exterior hardwood products are treated with Tanalised Ecowood (Tan-E) to either hazard level H3 or H4. This process is safe to use and is specified for use in all government buildings, playground equipment and schoolyards. Ironbark also stocks a complete range of hardware associated with the timber products we sell, including batten screws, stirrups, timber connectors, screws and gun nails, along with preservatives, stains and finishes for various timbers. A family business owned by Simon and Kylie Brady, Ironbark Timbers began operations in 1980. The company has been trusted as the timber supplier for many major projects including the Yarra River Boardwalk in Melbourne, the Noosa Main beach Boardwalk, Hope Island Marina on the Gold Coast, and interesting projects at Taronga Zoo in Sydney, Western Plains Zoo at Dubbo and Australia Zoo on the Sunshine Coast.
