Jannou Afrique is a fully-integrated real estate investment, development and management firm based in Africa. Jannou invests in and develops properties for its own account and in joint venture partnerships with institutional and high net worth investors. The company was established in 2016 by American Christopher Jannou, who saw an opportunity to service several underdeveloped niches in commercial and hospitality development throughout Africa. Our focus is on value hospitality products (hotels, long-stay residences, collaborative workspaces), mid-sized commercial centers ($3-7M) and other branded real estate categories where we see a strong competitive advantage. That strategy has paid off. In a short but dedicated span, Jannou has developed a strong pipeline of projects, along with a reputation for on-time delivery and execution across Zambia and Southern Africa.
