In early 2022, its strategic direction changed under the new CEO, Laura Sterling, by overlaying her skills in People Development, Coaching and Training complementing the businesses core competencies, the creation of a market leading Recruit, Train and Retain service and software model was born. Worldweaver’s model is simple. Our technology delivery will universally change the expectations of recruitment and training, with outcomes that will enable people at all career stages to have a clear pathway to their next role. We believe everyone can be an apprentice to their next career stage. Worldweaver will support the development of the next generation of talent in industry, by unlocking and championing everyone’s abilities through the best use of technology – training people how they wish to be trained. We will break down the barriers to entry for those not comfortable with classroom training, we want to give confidence those with imposter syndrome who don’t want to engage with training as it reminds of past negative experiences and we want to support all our clients to retain their best assets – their people.
