Ruth Waxter brings 25 yrs of experience to her law practice in Frederick County, Maryland. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and the University of Maryland School of Law. When her father became ill and she struggled to find services for him, Ruth developed a passion for helping seniors. On September 1st, 2017, Ruth opened her Elder Law Office focusing on elder law, estate and trust planning, asset protection, estate administration and guardianships. She is proud to bring compassion to this special area of the law.
