HBE Ventures started as a mobile-first, startup consultancy that helped top brands in mobile growth, SDK project management, mobile advertising, performance marketing and product strategy, startup operations and scaleability. After selling IP to mParticle in 2018, HBE now operates as the owner and operator of a few small Virginia businesses in education software, financial planning & analysis, remote drone operations, and marketing consulting. HBE is primarily owned and operated by its founder and General Manager, Austin Hay, but has a variety of technical, non-persistent staff employed.
