In April, 2005, a group of concerned citizens succeeded in forming Keep Carroll Beautiful, a certified affiliate of Keep America Beautiful to carry out the mission of engaging the Citizens of Carroll County in taking responsibility for improving our Community Environment. Working in four specific target areas: Litter Prevention, Beautification, Recycling & Education, Keep Carroll Beautiful has successful programs in each of these areas.
