Capital Investors Realty was founded in 1974 as a family run business specializing in the brokerage of multifamily properties in Houston, Texas. After relocating to Phoenix, Arizona in 1987 and falling in love with the land surrounding the Valley, we began focusing on the sale of investment and development land. As the Valley grew we began offering commercial leasing and sales to our numerous investors and development partners.
