The development project consists of five class A office buildings, a parking garage and surrounding outdoor areas. A total of 41,400 m2 of rental space and 1,600 parking spaces will be established in underground parking levels and in the parking garage. The first phase will see the completion of two office buildings with 10 -storey towers containing 20,500 m2 of office space and 367 parking spaces.
