Our Mission NEW HOPE CELEBRATES (NHC) is a nonprofit organization focused on stimulating the retail, hospitality, and professional community, as well as highlighting the history of New Hope, Pennsylvania. NHC is comprised of a Board of volunteers that serves the diverse LGBTA populace through marketing opportunities, educational activities, cultural events, and an annual PRIDE celebration in May. All of the NHC activities are focused on bringing awareness to New Hope, and surrounding areas, and the diverse community that comprises these areas. All proceeds generated through NHC events are given back to the New Hope community through charitable donations that continue to foster an open, diverse, and welcoming community, and to increase awareness of the many businesses and events that New Hope has to offer. In the past decade, New Hope Celebrates (NHC) has grown and developed into the only all-volunteer marketing organization for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and allied population (LGBTA) in Bucks County, Pa. and we have a strong partnership with our friends just over the bridge in Lambertville, NJ. Our Pride Weekend Offering something for everybody, NHC hosts an ambitious pride weekend each May featuring local and nationally-known performers, a vendor fair, town block party, DJ dance parties, family fun and and Our Annual Pride Parade live on main street.
