Yoga for every body. Founded in and based out of the Pacific Northwest, Sun and Moon Movement offers group, 1:1, and other private (small group, corporate team, etc.) Vinyasa-based yoga classes and instruction, including customized, individual programming and sequencing. We provide opportunities for live virtual classes, in order to accommodate students on a global scale, as well as play-on-demand videos for those who prefer to flow on their own. We are dedicated to making all 8 Limbs of Yoga accessible to every body, mind, and soul, and believe in the connection and unity that yoga cultivates in communities, as well as its potential for recovery, rehabilitation, and healing.
